Weird Baile

Weird Baile is a Brazilian music collective born on SoundCloud in 2017. Originally formed by producers JLZ and VHOOR, and later joined by Mu540 and DJ RaMeMes, they are making their European debut at The Pit as Friday reaches a fever pitch.

Known for disrupting traditional structures of Brazilian funk, Weird Baile delivers a heavy dose of chaotic sample mixing, memorable melodies, saturated bass, pulsating percussion, and carefully selected acapellas. With an aesthetic heavily inspired by internet culture and video games, their sound has influenced DJs and producers across the music scene worldwide, reaching a loyal audience that thrives on their mysterious, unpredictable releases.
