Who are we?

Draaimolen is a Tilburg-based, dynamic and progressive events organization that represents the subculture of art and music lovers. In a normal year we organize about eight events with Draaimolen Festival as the biggest event, which attracts about 12.500 visitors from 30 different countries. At these events, everything is done to merge art, music and culture into a total experience. As a mission, Draaimolen stands for bringing together lovers and creators. The goal is to stimulate the visitor with the quality of challenging art and music. We are pushing the boundaries of music and art and challenge our visitors to be open to new discoveries, in which we have a unique position in the Netherlands.

Copywriter & content creator

Who are you?

We are looking for a copywriter/content creator to join our team (MBO/HBO/WO). You have experience, personal or professional, and affinity with the sector. With a wide range of opportunities and responsibilities, we offer you the chance to learn everything that is involved in writing texts and creating content for an event organization. You are free to bring your own ideas and visions to the table, but act in accordance with the identity of Draaimolen. You are proactive, creative and not averse to work hard. You are immediately considered a full member of the team. Your tasks will include putting the identity of Draaimolen into words for social posts, website texts and press releases but also photo/video editing for social media content. In addition, you are the contact person for questions from the team about textual communication. Do you want to put the beautiful plans, ideas and philosophy of Draaimolen into words and image? Then come and strengthen the team Draaimolen!

Employee finance

Who are you?

We are looking for a finance employee (MBO/HBO/WO) to join our team. You have experience as a financial employee and affinity with the event industry. Offering a broad range of tasks, many opportunities and responsibilities, we give you the chance to learn everything that is involved in organizing events whilst implementing your own ideas and visions. You are proactive and don't mind working hard. You will immediately be considered a full member of the team and the financial contact. Therefore, good communication skills are required. Your tasks will include: making budgets and keeping them up to date, creditor and debtor management, thinking and sparring about financial issues, HR administration and being the point of contact for various general office matters. For our events, you will be responsible for planning and directing the financial handling before, during and after the events.
