After Djrum played a beautiful live set at our Chapel in 2021 and an absolutely brilliant b2b with Skee Mask in our Pit in 2022, we decided to invite him for a full 3 hour vivid closing journey this festival.
A keen listener to all things new and old, Djrum knows how to transform all genres into a signature that is so clearly his own. He describes how music can help him communicate things that can hardly be put into words. This is reflected in his wide-ranging productions and collaborations, from hardware to piano, and from danceable DJ sets to concerts with an orchestra.
Emotions are evoked and released, from dark to light and from hard-hitting to atmospherically entrancing. We believe that after all the diverse and experimental acts that have set foot in the Chapel during the day, no one else should close it.
