Wie zijn wij?
Draaimolen is een onafhankelijke evenementenorganisatie die de relatie uitdiept tussen kunst, natuur en muziek in Tilburg. Het hele jaar door organiseren we verschillende evenementen met als hoogtepunt het tweedaagse Festival in september. Draaimolen is anders dan de meeste Nederlandse evenementenorganisaties. Daar waar de meeste evenementenorganisaties een commerciële visie hebben, handelen wij zonder winstoogmerk. Het creëren van kwalitatief hoogstaande evenementen die we keer op keer proberen te overtreffen, is wat ons drijft. Dat is waar onze kracht ligt en wat ons onderscheidt.
Wij moedigen iedereen die zichzelf in deze rol ziet aan om te solliciteren, ook als je niet 100% aan de omschrijving kunt voldoen. Diploma’s zijn voor ons geen must. Ambitie, motivatie en leergierigheid zijn dat wel. In geval van gelijke geschiktheid wegen wij ook de diversiteit binnen het team mee in de procedure.
Wat ga je doen?
Binnen het team hebben we ruimte voor een productiestagiair. Je maakt deel uit van de productieafdeling en werkt nauw samen met de productieleider. Je helpt creatieve ideeën te vertalen naar een daadwerkelijk uitvoerbaar plan en assisteert bij de op- en afbouw van onze evenementen. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het maken en bewaken van productie- en vrijwilligers- planningen, alsmede de barplanning en accreditatiesystemen. Daarnaast fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor de leveranciers en verschillende personeelsteams rondom en tijdens de evenementen.
Je komt het productieteam versterken vanaf maart tot en met het festival in september. Tot aan mei werk je vier dagen per week, hierna wordt het vijf dagen per week in verband met toenemende drukte. Gedurende onze evenementen ben je volledig inzetbaar (dit kan ook in het weekend zijn i.v.m. opbouw en showdagen).
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt affiniteit met elektronische muziek, kunst en cultuur
- Je bent minimaal 21 jaar oud (i.v.m. minimumleeftijd evenementen)
- Je bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage
- Je kan (logistiek & budgettair) overzicht houden
- Je hebt technisch inzicht
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Je kunt overweg met Excel
- Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs
Wat verder handig zou zijn (pre)
- Ervaring met AutoCAD
Dit zoek je verder in een stage
- Je bent een essentieel onderdeel van team Draaimolen
- Je wil betrokken zijn bij alle evenementen die we organiseren
- Veel verantwoordelijkheden binnen en buiten je functie

About Draaimolen
Draaimolen is an independent event organization that deepens the relationship between art, nature and music in Tilburg. Throughout the year we host various events, with the two-day Draaimolen Festival in September as the highlight.
Draaimolen is unlike most Dutch event organizations. While many operate from a commercial mindset, we are a non-profit initiative. Our motivation is to create meaningful and high-quality events that continuously evolve, both artistically and organizationally.
We encourage everyone who sees themselves in one of the roles to apply, even if you cannot meet the description 100%. Diplomas are not a requirement for us; ambition, motivation, and eagerness to learn are. In case of equal suitability, we also consider the diversity within the team in the selection process.
What will you be doing?
Within the team, we are looking for a production intern. You will be part of the production department and work closely with the production manager. You assist in translating creative ideas into an actual executable plan and help with the build-up and break-down of our events. You are jointly responsible for creating and monitoring production and staff schedules, as well as assisting in the accreditation system. Additionally, you act as a contact person for the suppliers and different staff teams before and during the events.
You will strengthen the production team from March until the festival in September. Until May, you will work four days a week, afterwards it will be five days a week due to the increasing workload. During our events, you are fully available (this may also include weekends for setup and show days).
Who are you?
- You have an affinity with electronic music, art and culture
- You are at least 21 years old (due to minimum age requirement for events)
- You are looking for an internship
- You are good in keeping an (logistic & budgetary) overview
- You have technical insights
- You possess proficiency in the English language, both verbally and in writing, with a preference for proficiency in Dutch as well
- You know how to use Excel
- You have a valid drivers license
