Please note that the campsite is NOT at the festival grounds. We strongly recommend everyone staying at the campsite to check in before going to the festival site, as you will not be allowed to enter the festival site with your camping gear. Check-in opens at 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 4.

When to check in:

- Check-in is available 24/7 once it opens, so feel free to arrive at your convenience, but check in before heading to the festival.
- Important: You cannot enter the festival grounds with your camping gear. Please check in first to get your wristband and access to the campsite.
When to check out:
- All guests need to be checked out by Sunday, September 7th at 12:00.
- Please ensure you’ve packed all your belongings and leave your spot clean. Let’s keep Draaimolen beautiful for the next year!
Tickets & entry
Camping tickets are sold separately from festival tickets. Please make sure you have both if you plan to stay overnight. Each person must have a camping ticket to enter the festival camping area.
- This ticket allows you to bring your own tent at no extra cost (one camping ticket = one tent).
- Alternatively, you can bring your camper or book one of our pre-set accommodations, but you’ll still need one camping ticket per person, plus one accommodation ticket per unit.
Important
- No ticket sales at the entrance – camping tickets must be purchased in advance.
- Re-entry is allowed between the festival and the campsite during the event.

Includes access to all campsite facilities. Required for everyone staying at the campsite, regardless of accommodation type. - Camper ticket: €50,-
Required per camper vehicle. This does not include a camping ticket – each person in the camper must also have a camping ticket.
Caravans are not allowed. Once your camper is set up, you cannot leave and return. - Parking ticket: €20,-
For visitors arriving by car. This does not include a camping ticket. - Shuttle bus ticket (Tilburg Central Station ↔ Camping return): €5,-

We offer a range of pre-set accommodation options priced between €110,- and €550,- (service costs included). These must be booked separately and do not include a camping ticket — each person staying in pre-set accommodation must still purchase a camping ticket.

Lodge
This lodge is a pre-set up tent suitable for 2 persons. It includes two seperate beds with mattresses, duvets and bedding, a doormat, 2 chairs and lanterns. The tent is 2,5 by 3 meters and has plenty of space for your luggage. It’s ventilated well and will protect you for sun and rain. Electricty is included. Camping tickets are not included (3 nights, Thursday until Sunday)
€400,- for two persons.

Belltent
This is a pre-set up tent suitable for 4 persons and with a diameter of 5M. It includes a carpet, beds with mattresses, duvets and bedding, and lanterns. There’s plenty of space for your luggage. Electricity is included. Camping tickets are not included (3 nights, Thursday until Sunday).
€550,- for four persons.

Cancellations
Canceling a booking for any reason can be done easily by sending a message to info@festitent.com
Relax, because you can:
- Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the festival.
The full amount of the rental and the deposit will be refunded.
You only pay the administration fee Festitent charges with every booking to process the payment and the booking. - From 30 days and up to 5 working days before the start of the festival.
A cancellation fee of €15,- and the administration fee will be charged.
If you cancel less than 5 working days before the start of the festival, Festitent will only refund the deposit.
Camping facilities
We keep our impact low and our experience high.
Bathrooms
- There will be showers, sinks, and toilets available, also accessible toilets.
- You can enjoy a hot shower in the morning, free of charge.
Food and Drinks
- At your first check-in, you’re allowed to bring a small bag of food and drinks for personal use.
- The following are not permitted: glass containers, cooking/heating equipment.
- Drink Limits: one tray of 24x 33cl cans per person (including beer), one 1L box of wine per person.
- Drinkable water will be available at the campsite. Stay hydrated throughout the festival by refilling your bottles.
- There is a camping shop on our campsite.
Communal lounge
- We’ve created a central space where you can eat, relax, and meet fellow festival-goers.
- There will be tables, comfy seating, shading, and trash bins to create a comfortable space for the hang-outs and rest.
- At Draaimolen you’re part of the experience. We’ve got some exciting activities planned where your creativity and participation will help shape the festival.
Electricity
- Electricity is available for everyone in the campsite, free of charge.
- There will be European regular power outlets (C) at our charging hub (bring your cable!).

With the unpredictable early September weather in the Netherlands, proper packing is key to making the most of your weekend. Here’s how to prepare for all kinds of weather and festival conditions.
Before you arrive
- Ticket & camping pass: secure your entry and camping spot. We work with sealed tickets to prevent fraud. Your ticket will become available 24 hours before opening times. You will receive an e-mail about this.
- Travel plans: for a comfortable ride, we advise taking our shuttle bus. It will bring you right to the gates of our camping. Sharply priced tickets are available in our ticketshop. Otherwise, coordinate your route with friends, public transport, or carpooling. For public transport, we recommend using NS.nl and 9292.nl.
- Test your gear: check if your tent, sleeping bag, and camping equipment are in good condition.
- Snacks & drinks: pack no-cook snacks and drinks that are easy to carry.
- Pack early: don’t wait until the last minute to prepare.

Accesibility

Due to the natural terrain of the campsite, it is not wheelchair-accessible.
If you have specific mobility or accessibility needs, we encourage you to reach out to us in advance at info@draaimolen.nu. We’ll do our best to assist and accommodate where possible.

Travel
By Train
- To get to Draaimolen by train, take the train to Tilburg Station.
- From Tilburg Station, shuttle buses will be available to take you directly to the campsite. Tickets are available in our ticketshop.
By Public Transport
- In the Netherlands, you don’t need to buy separate tickets for public transport. You can simply pay by card (Mastercard, Visa, or contactless bank cards work).
- Once you arrive at Tilburg Station, and you wish not to make use of the Draaimolen shuttle service, you can plan your own trip via public transport. Consult www.9292.ov to find a fitting trip.
Shuttle Bus Timetable (Central Station – Camping)
Burgmeester Broxlaan 1300 is the address at Central Station.
- Thursday, September 4th: 15:00 – 23:00: Buses every 1 hour.
- Friday, September 5th: 09:00 – 14:00: Buses 2 times every; on the hour and at half past.. 14:00 – 17:00: The bus leaves every hour on the hour.
- Sunday, September 7th: 08:00 – 13:00: hop on at your preferred time. Busses go at least 2 times every hour.
Shuttle Bus Timetable (Camping – Festival)

- Friday, September 5th: 12:00 – 18:00 and 21:00 – 01:30.
- Saturday, September 6th: 12:00 – 18:00 and 21:00 – 01:30.
Bikes
- Rental bikes will also be available at the campsite. Great if you prefer to explore the area or want a more eco-friendly way to get around.
- You can also rent an OV-bike at Tilburg Station, but keep in mind the number of bikes is limited.
By Car
- You can purchase a parking ticket in our ticketshop.
- The parking address is Moerstraat 23. From there it’s a 15 minute walk to the campsite.
By Bolt/Uber
If you’re planning to travel with Bolt or Uber, the drop off location for the camping will be at Kalverstraat. We have coordinated our event dates closely with Bolt to ensure that there will be plenty of drivers ready to pick you up and make your journey as smooth as possible.
- You can use the Planned Rides feature in the Bolt app to plan your journey in advance.
- Please use the dedicated Bolt Kiss & Ride zones to get in and out at both the festival site (Posthoornstraat) and the campsite (De Kalverstraat).
- You can download the Bolt app from the App Store or Google Play.

Security & Awareness team
- Our awareness team is here to keep everyone safe and ensure a smooth festival experience. They’ll be around at all times, and they’re always happy to help if needed.
- Upon entrance, your belongings will be checked for security purposes.
- Please cooperate and remember, it’s all to keep things safe for everyone.
First Aid
- Available on-site 24/7. In case of an emergency, our trained team is always ready to assist.
Prescription Drugs
- Prescription drugs are allowed, but only if you have your doctor’s prescription with you. Please carry it with you to avoid any issues.
- Please send your necessities to info@draaimolen.nu. We need your name, phone number, medication and something that clarifies this, such as a doctor’s note or medical passport. We will communicate this to our security team at the entrance.
Drug Policy
- Hard drugs are not allowed on the campsite.
- You can bring up to 5 grams of weed or hashish, as long as it’s not pre-rolled.
